Ground-Up Social Enterprise · Custom AI Agents

PULSE: 20 agentic interviews ran while the founders slept

Traditional OD diagnosis would have cost SGD 3-5k. PULSE delivered a 20-page diagnostic and an 8-page director's brief for under SGD 1k.

Custom AI Agents

Agents that do the work, not just suggest it.

Production agents embedded in the workflow, always with a human in the loop.

  • Inbox-watching case agents (legal, claims, compliance)
  • Agentic interview and OD diagnosis
Web Apps & Platforms

Full products you own outright.

Web applications built around an AI core. One-time investment, no per-seat fees.

  • Adaptive learning platforms
  • Public companion sites for cohorts
Bespoke Tools & Workflows

Pipelines that encode your IP.

Internal automations tailored to your methodology.

  • Content pipelines (recording to SCORM)
  • IP-encoded agentic workflows
  • Custom CRMs and internal tools
Training Programmes

Cohort-based programmes anchored in AI³.

4 to 12 weeks. 10 to 15 participants.

  • Rebuild a flagship programme around AI
  • Each cohort produces a Value Creation Brief
How it works

Our process

1

Discovery call

30 minutes. We ask hard questions. You tell us what's actually happening. No pitch deck. We're listening.

2

Scoped proposal

Fixed fee. Outcomes named. Measurement decided up front, not retrospectively.

3

Build & hand-over

Embedded sprint work. Weekly check-ins. You own what we built when we're done.

Timelines

How long things usually take.

Most builds slot into one of four shapes. Final scope is set in the proposal. If yours sits outside these, we'll say so on the first call.

Engagement typeTimelineBest when
Single tool / workflow
e.g. one IP-encoded pipeline
3 – 6 weeksYou know the workflow; we encode it.
Custom AI agent
e.g. inbox-watcher · OD diagnostic
6 – 12 weeksYou have a recurring task we can systemise.
Full web app / platform
e.g. adaptive learning · companion site
10 – 20 weeksYou need the product itself, not a workflow.
Programme re-architecture
e.g. multi-week capability programme rebuild

Our Standards

Three things we hold to under the hood.

Every agentic workflow we ship is designed for three things, in this order:

01

As simple as possible.

Fewest moving parts that still solve the job. Complex stacks are easy to demo, painful to maintain.

02

As sharp as possible.

Every component does one thing well. No bloat, no overengineering, no features that drift from the job.

03

As consistent as possible.

Same input, same output, every time. No "model felt different today".

Who actually does the building?+
We build it ourselves. We're non-technical vibecoders who use our fluency in AI and our understanding of agentic workflows to build the web apps and automations our clients need. The same small team on your discovery call writes the prompts, designs the systems, and ships the code.
Who owns the IP?+
You do. Code, prompts, system design, and evaluation harness all transfer to you on hand-over.
Where does the system run after hand-over?+
Your call. Some clients prefer we keep hosting and maintaining it under a small retainer fee. Others bring it fully into their internal ecosystem and run it themselves. We work both ways.
How do you handle AI governance and human oversight?+
Every agentic workflow we build aligns with the IMDA Model AI Governance Framework. In practice that means gated approvals: checklists and pit-stops at every decision point, so a human is always in the loop, reviewing what the AI generated before anything goes out the door.
What if we'd rather learn to build this ourselves?+
Some teams don't want us to build for them. They want to learn how to build it themselves. That's exactly what our AI³ programme is for. Come look at how we run it and talk to us about a customised version for your team.
How do you measure success?+
It depends what you're solving for. Some clients want a specific problem off their plate. Some want the same work done at lower cost. Some are trying to close an AI skills gap on their team. The goal isn't the same for everyone. We sit with you before kickoff, agree on 2 to 3 metrics, and hold ourselves to those.
How is this different from hiring an agency or a freelance dev?+
We sit at the intersection of AI and talent development. Most product teams either understand AI but struggle to engage non-technical staff, or understand L&D but can't build the systems. We do both. And because we're non-technical ourselves, we explain the technical side in terms your whole team can act on.
