Overpowered is a Singapore-based training and consultancy firm. We teach non-technical professionals to work with AI, and we build the agentic workflows that put that learning to use.

Arthoven started in schools. Almost every one in Singapore. He ran leadership, communication, and thinking skills workshops for students across the island. One thing became clear fast: the kids who became leaders were not the naturally gifted ones. They were the ones who got the training. That stayed with him.
He moved into adult training. Negotiations and career strategy were his signature topics. His goal for that chapter: help people do better in their careers. But he kept noticing something. Most adults stop learning the moment they leave school. The reason is less about interest and more about access. Nobody puts it in front of them anymore.
That realisation sent him in a new direction. He joined the adult education industry as a Talent Developer. He earned a Master's in Professional Education, won the Glints Best Employer Award for Talent Development, and rose to lead a regional Talent Development department spanning 7 countries.
In 2023, he stepped out to start his own firm. Overpowered began as a training and consultancy practice, built on one conviction: adults should keep learning, long after graduation. Around the same time, he co-launched Talent Developers Singapore. A not-for-profit-spirited initiative with the same mission: help talents shine brighter.
Late 2025, instead of pursuing his PhD at the intersection of AI and HR, he wanted to prove something: a learning mindset triumphs all. While completing his Advanced Certification in Organisational Development, he went underground for three months. He learned AI as a non-technical person. No coding background. No technical foundation. He built 28 AI-powered tools and deployed 42 agentic workflows. Today that story is the work. It shows non-technical professionals that they can do this too.
Arthoven runs Overpowered and trains teams across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The focus is AI adoption, done practically. His bar: participants leave with a tool they built themselves, not just a deck they sat through.
Before Overpowered, he was a Regional Learning & Development Lead overseeing talent development for 9,000+ employees across seven countries. He holds a Master's in Professional Education, is a Gallup Certified Business Builder Coach, and completed the Negotiation Strategies for Success programme at NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. That work reached 50,000+ learners and earned the Glints Best Employer in Talent Transformation award.
He started building AI tools to solve problems he kept seeing in talent development: a proposal writer, a CRM, a research agent, a community platform. 28+ applications, all built to solve real problems. He found that non-technical professionals are exactly the right people to build AI tools. They already know the problems worth solving.
He now runs the entire company on an AI agent stack he built himself. One person, operating at the scale of a team. That same approach is what he teaches through the AI³ framework.
He also founded Talent Developers Singapore (TDSG) and AI x YOU, a social impact initiative helping individuals and small businesses put AI to work.
