Arthoven leads Overpowered’s work with teams on organisational development, leadership and practical capability. He starts with the realities of people, roles and day-to-day work, with AI as one useful capability within that work.
Previously, he led regional learning and development work supporting 9,000 employees across seven Southeast Asian markets. The team received the Glints Best Employer 2022 award for Talent Transformation. His experience spans organisational diagnosis, leadership development, facilitation and capability systems.

Hilda Yeoh
Hilda turns ideas into practical work. As Head of Operations at Overpowered, she supports business operations, project delivery, web application development and the creative work behind our client programmes.
She began her career in education, where she spent more than seven years designing thoughtful learning experiences and helping young people build confidence. She now brings that same care for people, detail and follow-through to client work, helping turn good ideas into well-run projects and practical solutions. Hilda also leads operations and events at Talent Developers Singapore, creating thoughtful spaces for professionals to connect, learn and build what comes next.
